Laser Technology – Laser coding occurs when CO2 is excited within a chamber (sealed metal tube). This light is focused to a small intense beam. Marking takes place when mirrors are angled and rapidly pivoted guiding the laser to burn the image onto the substrate.
Our laser systems provide you with a high contrast and permanent quality mark. Having no consumable items ensures you of a low cost and a virtually maintenance-free operation. Shut down and start up procedures are reduced allowing for a simple on-off process. Controlled via windows based software, the laser system offers a quality print and accurate performance, and is capable of marking on various materials such as metal, glass, plastic, wood, etc.
See our lasers in action… Seeing is Believing.
The video clips below are designed to give you a quick look into the laser technology and characteristics such as speed and accuracy. All the videos are in real time.
