We produce each label order fresh from raw material using our efficient just-in-time production management system and sell die-cut labels for use in our QuickLabel line of thermal transfer label printers as well as labels for use in other printers, with thousands of dies (tools to produce die-cut label shapes) to choose from.

PRESSURE-SENSITIVE PAPER LABELS
 

QuickLabel’s pressure-sensitive paper label materials are among the most popular and cost-effective materials.

 

Our paper labels include: direct thermal labels, gloss paper labels, labels with food-grade adhesive, with freezer adhesive, hammerlock adhesive, and general-purpose adhesive.

 

Material 01: Paper Label with General Purpose Adhesive

Ultra smooth paper label, with good smudge resistance and general purpose, rubber-based, food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact.

 

Material 02: Premium Paper Label with Permanent Adhesive  

Ultra smooth double-coated paper label with general purpose adhesive bonds firmly to low surface energy (LSE) plastics, corrugated board, metals, and glass. Food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact.

 

Material 04: White Paper Label with Freezer Adhesive

White Paper, ultra-smooth coated paper with freezer adhesive for room-to-cold consumer packaging and labeling in warehouse environments. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -65ºF.

 

Material 05: White Paper Label with Hammerlock Adhesive

White Paper, ultra-smooth coated, with aggressive rubber-based permanent adhesive, specifically designed for difficult surfaces such as wood and textured substrates.

Material 10: Direct Thermal Paper Label with Freezer Adhesive

3.2 Mil Paper for direct thermal printing with .06 Mil freezer adhesive. Label color white, image color black. Resists blood, fats, oils, plasticizers in PVC, alcohols, solvents, and vinegar. All-temperature food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates cold service temperatures as low as -65ºF.

Material 11: Direct Thermal Bright White Paper Label

3.3 Mil A bright white, smooth, non top-coated, direct thermal paper with a medium sensitivity thermal coating. 2.5 Mil general purpose adhesive. Intended for use in dry applications. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates cold service temperatures as low as -65ºF.

Material 14: Piggy-Back Paper Label

White-colored paper label with piggy-back construction label has two release liners. Adhesive designed for use on corrugated board, glass, polyester, polystyrene, treated polypropylene and polyethylene, and other common surfaces.

Material 26: Economy Grade Matte Paper Label

White-colored economy-grade paper with matte finish. All-purpose food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact.

Material 31: Paper Label with Removable Adhesive

Ultra-smooth coated paper label with removable adhesive removes cleanly and retains removability at low temperatures.

Material 39: White Paper Label with Piggy-Back Construction

White paper label with piggy-back construction label has two adhesive layers and two release liners. Resists smudging. Tolerates low application temperatures (-20ºF) as well as low service temperatures (-65ºF).

Material 49: Gloss Cover-up Paper Label

4.0 Mil Cast-coated gloss paper label has opaque barrier coating for total opacity. 1.0 Mil Rubber adhesive bonds well to textured surfaces, packaging materials: corrugated board, bond paper, Saran, shrink wrap, polyester, polyethylene, painted metal, and glass. Good die-cutting, stripping. 2.5 Mil bleached super-calendared kraft liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -50°F.

Material 51: High Gloss Paper Label

4.0 Mil White paper with high gloss finish, often used in prime labeling. 0.6 Mil General purpose food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Liner allows automatic label application. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -65º F.

Material 68: Gold Gloss Paper Label with Rubber Adhesive

Gloss gold paper label stock ideal for prime label printing applications, including primary display labels for food, cosmetics, and gifts. Utilizes a hot-melt rubber adhesive designed for fast, strong adhesion to glass, plastics, and corrugated. 40# super-calendared kraft paper liner.

Material 69: Silver Gloss Paper Label with Rubber Adhesive

Gloss silver paper label stock ideal for prime label printing applications, including primary display labels for food, cosmetics, and gifts. Utilizes a hot-melt rubber adhesive designed for fast, strong adhesion to glass, plastics, and corrugated. 40# super-calendared kraft paper liner.

PRESSURE-SENSITIVE SYNTHETIC LABELS
 

QuickLabel’s pressure-sensitive synthetic materials are the “highest-performance” materials and provide added durability and resistance to abrasion, tearing, moisture, chemicals, weathering, extreme temperatures and more.

Materials include: polyethylene labels, polyester labels, polypropylene labels, vinyl label and much more.

Material #03: Multi-Layer White Polypropylene Label

Matte White Biaxial Oriented, multi-ply polypropylene label (BOPP) with adhesive that conforms to curved surfaces, has excellent adhesion to glass and corrugated board, and performs well in cold temperatures.

Material #06: Matte White Polyester Label

Matte-finish white polyester label with acrylic adhesive has good bond to high surface energy (HSE) plastics, glass, metal, porous fabrics and foams.

Material #09: Matte Silver Polyester Label

Silver polyester label with matte finish and metalized backing. Adhesive tolerates high temperatures and bonds well to a variety of surfaces, including high surface energy (HSE) plastics and metals.

Material #12: Gloss White Polyester Label

Gloss white polyester with general purpose permanent acrylic adhesive.

Material #18: White PVC Gloss Vinyl Label

High-gloss flexible white PVC label conforms to curved surfaces.

Material #19: Clear Polyolefin Label

Matte-finish, clear polyolefin resists water, mild acids, oils, and most solvents. Adhesive bonds well to metal and is recommended for outdoor use.

Material #21: Gloss Silver Label

Decorative, bright silver-colored gloss polyester label with ultrasmooth surface bonds well to glass and metals, high surface energy (HSE) plastics, and low surface energy (LSE)plastics. UL recognized and CSA accepted.

Material #24: Gloss Polypropylene Label

High-gloss white polypropylene label ideal offers excellent moisture and solvent resistance and excellent image quality with thermal transfer color label printing. Temporarily re-positional on some surfaces. Food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact.

Material #25: Gloss Polyester Label

Gloss white polyester material with aggressive acrylic adhesive bonds very well to metal, glass, and slightly textured or rough surfaces. UL recognized for indoor/outdoor use.

Material #35: Clear Polypropylene Label

Clear polypropylene with is durable with abrasion and water resistance, and bonds well to a wide variety of surfaces, including. Withstands autoclaving on some surfaces.

Material #40: Polyester Label

2 Mil semi-gloss polyester label with good resistance to chemical solvents and outdoor environmental conditions. General purpose, permanent acrylic adhesive. 3.2 Mil 50# super-calendared kraft liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -40ºF.

Material #43: Opaque Polyester Label with Aggressive Adhesive

2.0 Mil Opaque white polyester with gloss finish resists moisture and lubricating oil. Flexible, conforms to curved surfaces. Tolerates extreme service temperatures from -40° F to 302° F. 0.8 – 0.9 Mil High-shear, permanent solvent acrylic adhesive is UL approved for indoor and outdoor applications. Kraft liner has *Quilon® coating to reduce ooze and assist in high-speed application.

Material #48: Clear Squeezable Label

3.7 Mil Clear polyethylene label is fully squeezable, offering flexibility and conformability for use on squeeze, semi-squeeze, and rigid containers. 0.8-0.9 Mil Permanent acrylic adhesive; expands when subjected to heat. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -40°F. Food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact. 3.1 Mil paper liner.

 

Material #52: Economy Grade Gloss Polypropylene Label

2.6 Mil bright white, gloss polypropylene for printing general purpose or secondary package labels where graphics requirements are not exacting. Offers limited moisture, abrasion, and solvent resistance. 0.8 Mil permanent adhesive is repositionable in the short-term. 2.3 Mil white glassine paper liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -20°F.

Material #55: Polypropylene Clear Label

Clear polypropylene label resists smudging and abrasion. Liner designed for automatic label application and high speed converting.

Material #91: Polypropylene Crystal-Clear Label

Crystal-clear polypropylene is designed for “No Label Look” prime labeling of products, bottles and other glass and plastic containers. Material is water-resistant and durable. Permanent adhesive withstands temperatures as high as 176°F and as low as -40°F.

Material #92: White Polypropylene with High Performance Adhesive

3.1 Mil Multi-layer polypropylene is white-colored with a smudge proof, matte finish. High-performance acrylic adhesive bonds to smooth surfaces, including metal, and leaves no residue when removed. Will tolerate aqueous cleansing and temperatures as high as 176°F and as low as -40°F. Ideal and economical for circuit board labeling. 3.1 Mil semi-bleached super-calendared kraft paper liner coated with Quilon®.

Material #93: White Soft Vinyl Label

3.5 Mil soft white vinyl label with semi-gloss topcoat has aggressive, tackified permanent adhesive that resists water and humidity and adheres well to metals and plastics (HSE and LSE). Complies with FDA section 21 CFR 175.105 regarding indirect contact with food. Tolerates temperatures between -20°F to 302° F. Liner is 3.4 Mil silicone-coated semi-bleached kraft paper.

Material #116: Matte Polyester Chrome Label

Matte-finish chrome-colored polyester label with high resistance to chemical solvents, heat, and moisture. General purpose acrylic adhesive.

Material #123: Gloss Label with Aggressive Adhesive

2.6 Mil gloss white polypropylene (BOPP) label with aggressive hot melt rubber adhesive provides synthetic label performance with stronger adhesion. 2.5 mil super-calendared kraft liner. Food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact.

CARE LABELS AND CARE TAGS
 

QuickLabel’s care labels and care tags are used in apparel label applications and as warning label “law labels” for furniture, automotive products and more.

Material 75: Nylon Woven Care Label

5.0 Mil Nylon woven care tag material has moisture resistance and tolerance to high temperatures. Intended to withstand laundering.

Material 77: Tyvek® Tag

Tyvek® Brillion polyolefin has white, smooth surface, ideal for use as furniture and bedding law labels, sew-in carpet labels, and as tree, luggage, cable, gas cylinder, and industrial tags.

Material 85: Flame Retardant Tyvek® Tag

7.5 Mil Tyvek® Brillon® tag has a flame retardant coating, making it safe for printing of tags for automotive industry air bags. Complies with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Standard 302 (FMVSS 302).

QuickLabel’s clear label materials create transparent labels that provide a transparent look for your label and allows your product to be seen.

Material 19: Polyolefin Clear Label

Matte-finish, clear polyolefin resists water, mild acids, oils, and most solvents. Adhesive bonds well to metal and is recommended for outdoor use.

Material 35: Polypropylene Clear Label for Hand-Applied Labels

Clear polypropylene with is durable with abrasion resistance and water resistance, and bonds well to a wide variety of surfaces, including. Withstands autoclaving on some surfaces. Best for hand-applied labels.

Material 55: Polypropylene Clear Label for Automatic Label Applicators

Clear polypropylene label resists smudging and abrasion. Best for use when labels are applied with an automatic label applicator.

Material 91: Crystal-Clear Label

Crystal-clear polypropylene is designed for “No Label Look” prime labeling of products, bottles and other glass and plastic containers. Material is water-resistant and durable. Permanent adhesive withstands temperatures as high as 176°F and as low as -40°F.

COVER-UP LABELS

QuickLabel’s cover-up label materials have a barrier layer to block-out the visibility of surfaces beneath and may be used as correction labels to re-label or over-label packaging.

Material 49: Gloss Cover-up Paper Label

Material 159: Gloss Cover-up White Paper Label

Ideal for printing premium cover-up labels for primary display packaging purposes. Its bright white, extra-thick top sheet with opaque barrier layer prevents anything below from showing through. Liner thickness: 2.45 Mil.

DIRECT THERMAL LABELS AND TAGS

QuickLabel’s direct thermal labels and tags have a special thermal coating that allows your barcode printer to produce an image without the use of thermal transfer ribbon.

Tolerates service temperatures as low as -75ºF.

METALLIC LABELS

QuickLabel’s metallic labels in silver, gold and chrome colors are often used to create decorative, primary display labels are available in gloss and matte finishes.

NON-ADHESIVE LABELS AND TAGS

QuickLabel’s non-adhesive tag and label materials are used as seafood tags, nursery tags, general-purpose tags and tickets, insert cards, name badges and more.

Material 60: White Gloss Paper Tag

9.5 Mil Bright white-colored paper card stock with gloss finish has triple top coating for exceptional surface smoothness.

Material 61: White Semi-Gloss Paper Tag

7.4 Mil Paper, bright white-colored non-adhesive stock with 99% opacity. Semi-gloss coated on one side, lightweight and economical with good strength and stiffness. Material 61 is recommended for printing of inserts, tags, and tickets.

Material 62: Semi-Gloss Paper Tag/Ticket

7 Mil Smooth, bright-white surface tag with matte finish that is resistant to smudging. Designed for thermal transfer printing and recommended for a variety of printed tag and ticket applications, including inventory control tags, shipping tags, and claim and event tickets.

Material 64: Matte Paperboard Tag, Coated Both Sides

White-colored 9 pt. sulfate paperboard card stock is coated on both sides with a matte look on each side.

Material 75: Nylon Care Label

4.6 Mil Nylon woven care tag material has moisture resistance and tolerance to high temperatures. Intended to withstand laundering.

Material 77: Tyvek® Tag

Tyvek® Brillion polyolefin has white, smooth surface, ideal for use as furniture and bedding law labels, sew-in carpet labels, and as tree, luggage, cable, gas cylinder, and industrial tags.

Material 87: White Valéron® Tag, Coated One Side

9 pt. White-colored Valéron® polyolefin card stock tag is top-coated and has outstanding tear and puncture, chemical, and water resistance. Weather resistant for one year.

REMOVABLE LABELS

QuickLabel’s removable label materials can be removed, or re-positioned, without tearing or leaving behind any adhesive residue on product surfaces.

Material 31: Paper Label with Removable Adhesive

Ultra-smooth coated paper label with removable adhesive removes cleanly and retains removability at low temperatures.

TAMPER-EVIDENT LABELS

QuickLabel’s tamper-evident label materials destruct upon removal or leave a void message. These are often used as retail theft prevention and theft detection labels.
