Standard Conveyor HQ
The Conveyor HQ consists of solid stainless-steel frames with mount- ing points for photo cell and reject device. The worm gear motor with 0.25 kw delivers 12 -24 m/min belt speed up to 16 kg product weight. The belt is equipped with an Intralox 900 Flush Grid/open white polypropylene (up to +104°C product temperature, FDA compliant) and a Trespa sliding plate (13mm / 1 in.)
Shown below are some of our available sizes. To discuss a size more suitable to your application, contact us.

Ascending & Angled Belt Conveyors
Ascending conveyors are equipped with special conveyor belts that prevent the transported goods from slipping. The conveyor belt depends on the incline and the unit loads to be transported.
Custom designs available to include one or more angle changes, including the Z-conveyor with a bend at both the beginning and end.
Conveyors for bottles & jars
For the transport of bottles or jars, our bottle conveyor belts are equipped with easy to clean Flat Top belts from Intralox and corresponding lateral guides to stabilize the transported products.
Makrolon (polycarbonate) covers or partitions can be fitted for additional product protection.
Belts
Polyurethane Belts (PU)
PU belts are particularly suitable for all unpackaged products:
▪ Easy to clean
▪ Food safe (FDA compliant)
▪ Available in blue and white
Link chain belts from Intralox
We use link chain goods from Intralox. These belts are driven by sprockets and are easy to assemble and tighten.
Intralox belt versions | |
Flush Grid | S800, S900, S1100 |
Flush Grid Acetal EC | Abrasion-resistant, antistatic, e.g. suitable for sugar or glass transport |
Flat Top | Closed surface for easy cleaning, suitable for unpackaged products/food contact |
Thermo Drive | Made of homogeneous thermoplastic material, completely closed surface, for hygienic applications in the food industry |
CASSEL Inspection conveyor belts offer a wide range of adaptations to product or transport requirements, such as:
▪ Flexowell edges
▪ Tappets
Reject devices / Pusher
Transverse pusher TP
Pushes contaminated products sideways off the belt. Ideal for belt widths from 100 to 400 mm.
HQ-Pusher TP | For product weights up to 16 kg |
HQ-Pusher TP-heavy duty | For product weights up to 30 kg |
HQ-Pusher TP-HPW | For cleaning with high-pressure cleaner (IP66 or IP69K) |
HQ-Pusher TP bottles | Extra fast for use with bottles and jars |
Linear pusher LP
Pushes contaminated products sideways off the belt. Particularly suitable for high belt speeds and where lateral space is limited. Installation is above the belt.
HQ-Pusher LP | Including pneumatic cylinder with sliding guide, service unit + pressure reducer |
HQ-Pusher LP-heavy duty | For heavy products with high frictional resistance |
HQ-Pusher LP-2-ways (surcharge) | Surcharge for pushing in both directions. Ejection takes place alternately to the left and right. The pusher plate remains on the ejection side. Advantage: allows smaller distance between the products. |
Fliparm
Swings onto the conveyor belt and thus deflects contaminated products sideways from the belt. Especially suitable for loose, packed products.
10106507 | Made of edged stainless steel, mounted on the side of the belt for belt width 200 mm |
Air Jet Pusher
Blows at the side of the conveyor belt, usable up to max. belt width 400 mm, air consumption 4-6 bar / approx. 5 liters of air per ejection.
10106951 | Pusher AJ Air Jet 02 Laval |
10106741 |
Pusher AJ Air Jet – extra strong |
10105241 | Pusher AJ Air Jet, HPW (high pressure washing) |
Reject flap at the belt end
Rotates upon metal detection and allows the contaminated product to slide under the conveyor belt. Suitable for packed and unpacked products.
10100372 | Reject flap RF1 at end of belt |
10106785 | Rejection flap RF2 at end of belt |
10106788 | Chute for reject flap |
10106657 | Rejection flap made of Teflon at belt end |
Folding roller conveyor
Rotates upon metal detection and allows the contaminated product to slide under the conveyor belt. Suitable for randomly lying, packed products.
10105285 | For PU- or link chain belts, up to 600 mm |
10105446 | For PU- or link chain belts, 800 mm |
Retracting belt-nose
The end of the belt retracts, so that contaminated products can fall into the collecting container under the belt. Suitable for loose products.
Belt nose HQ-GK | Rejector for link chain belt, belt widths 300 - 1300 mm, incl. Belt nose HQ-PU container |
Belt nose HQ-PU | Ejector for PU belts, belt widths 300 - 1300 mm, incl. container |
Makrolon (polycarbonate) cover, access protection above or around retreating belt nose |
