The Evolabel D43 is a compact direct thermal print and apply labeler engineered for automated labeling in modern production lines and packaging machines. Its small footprint makes integration straightforward, fitting where larger print-apply systems cannot, while delivering 300 dpi print resolution and 100% printable label area on every label.

Designed around operator simplicity, the D43 features a 10.4" colour touch screen, automatic media sensor adjustment after every print head lift, and tool-free label roll changes. Compatible with multiple applicator types, including tamp, blow, wipe, and belt, the Evolabel D43 adapts to top, side, and front labeling applications across food, beverage, logistics, and industrial packaging lines.

Centralized Paper Path

100% of the label size is printable thanks to the centralized label path and automatic rewind of each label. This also makes it quick and easy to change between various label widths.

1. Touch Screen

From the 10.4” touch screen, the operator can easily change products and settings.

2. Status Beacon

The status tower provides an easy way to monitor the machine status from a distance.

3. Trigger Sensor

Autolabel offers a reflecting PNP trigger sensor from SICK, which fits most applications. The machine can interface with any 24V PNP trigger from other suppliers.

4. Mounting Kit

This is the standard robust stainless steel mounting kit from Autolabel. It fits most applications and is intended to be used with the pillar stand.

5. Pillar Stand

This anodized aluminium pillar stand can either be mounted directly on the floor or onto the stand foot. A motorized height adjustment option is also available.

6. Stand Foot

The stand foot is a robust powder coated aluminium base with wheels and adjustable machine feet covered with rubber for excellent positional stability.

Easy Label Roll Changes, the D43 Media System

Fast, Simple Label Roll Changes

Label roll changeovers are one of the biggest sources of production downtime in print-apply systems. The Evolabel D43 was designed to eliminate this friction entirely.

When the print head is lifted to its service position, all applicator models automatically fold away, and the media sensor opens, giving unobstructed access to the label roll without tools or manual repositioning.

The clean, open chassis design allows operators of all experience levels to quickly replace label rolls and minimize downtime.
